CTFEG was established in 2017 within the family office of Chow Tai Fook Enterprises (CTFE). CTFE and its leadership team have enjoyed a long, celebrated history of involvement in education for over 40 years. From becoming a school-sponsoring body to supervising and managing K-12 schools, engaging in education philanthropy and research, and making education investments, to name a few key areas, CTFE’s many and varied education-related activities have operated independently of one another but, when taken together, have played a crucial role in impacting the kindergarten to secondary (K-12) education space in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.
A Leading Integrated Education Group Based in Hong Kong
CTF Education Group (CTFEG) is a leading integrated education group based in Hong Kong with a focus on K-12 education. Across the Group’s education ecosystem, from K-12 schools, education management, community engagement and philanthropy, we strive to drive K-12 education forward by bridging the gap between the classroom and the workplace – to ensure that students today have the skills and mindset to become the talent pipeline of tomorrow.
In Hong Kong, CTFEG serves students, parents and educators through its kindergarten, primary and secondary schools, including Victoria Educational Organisation, Victoria Playpark, DSC International School and ARCH Education. CTFEG launched the Kindervarsity Hub project in Panyu, Guangzhou, based on its pioneering education model that brings together a community of learners, educators, researchers and industry professionals for the future of education.
Our mission is to bring together a myriad of resources and stakeholders to achieve greater collaboration, efficiency and opportunities to drive K-12 schools and education forward to be future ready.
We achieve this by creating a synergistic education ecosystem, developing our network of stakeholders and services, and expanding and enhancing our K-12 schools.
We are passionate about educating, leading, innovating, serving and making an impact.
We maintain an ethical culture of trust, respect and open communication throughout the organisation.
We believe in the culture of teamwork, and the power of partnerships with devoted educators and stakeholders to encourage cross-disciplinary collaborations.
We seek excellence in our talented and diverse team of educators and staff who, in turn, drive the group to deliver high-quality education and opportunities.
We are curious, creative, reflective and adaptable. We imagine new possibilities and find novel ways to solve problems, drive progress and stay relevant.
